2. Services Provided

Welpak offers a variety of services, including:

  • Warehouse Services: Sales of industrial packaging supplies, medical supplies, and janitorial supplies. We also offer warehouse space renting.
  • Third-Party Logistics (3PL): Full-service logistics, including warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • IT Development Services: Development, setup, consultation, and hosting of IT solutions using open-source platforms such as Odoo, Mixpost, n8n, Linux, and others. Hosting is provided on Welpak’s private hardware/cloud infrastructure.

3. User Obligations

As a user of Welpak’s services, you agree to:

  • Provide Accurate Information: Ensure that all information you provide to Welpak is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Compliance with Laws: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of our services.
  • Respectful Use: Use our services responsibly and refrain from any actions that could harm Welpak or its clients.

  • Payment Processing: Payments for services are processed through Stripe. By using our services, you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions.
  • Invoices and Billing: You will receive invoices for the services rendered by Welpak. Payments must be made according to the terms specified in the invoice.

  • Ownership: All content, software, and materials provided by Welpak, including IT solutions developed by us, are the intellectual property of Welpak or our licensors.
  • License: Welpak grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for your business needs, subject to these Terms of Use.
  • Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Welpak materials without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Welpak will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount paid by you to Welpak for the relevant services.

Welpak reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Welcome to Welpak. We are committed to providing transparent and reliable services to our customers. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we handle orders, shipments, returns, cancellations, and refunds for our warehouse, 3PL, and IT development services.

1. Product and Service Descriptions

Welpak provides detailed descriptions of all products and services on our website, including:

  • Warehouse Supplies: Industrial packaging supplies, medical supplies, and janitorial supplies. Product pages include images, material descriptions, sizes, and other relevant details.
  • 3PL and Warehouse Services: Information about our warehousing, inventory management, and logistics services.
  • IT Development Services: Details about our development, setup, consultation, and hosting services using platforms like Odoo, Mixpost, n8n, Linux, and others.

Prices are clearly listed in USD, and all applicable taxes and fees are disclosed at checkout.

2. Payment Processing and Security

Welpak uses Stripe to process payments securely. We comply with PCI standards to ensure that your payment information is handled safely. Our website uses HTTPS to protect your data during transactions. We accept major credit cards, and you will see the logos of accepted payment methods during checkout.

3. Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • Physical Goods: Orders for physical products (e.g., industrial, medical, and janitorial supplies) are processed within 3 business days. We ship to United States of America, Canada, Mexico, and select other countries, using UPS and USPS. Shipping times vary depending on the destination, but you can expect delivery within 7 business days.
  • Digital and IT Services: For IT services such as development, setup, and hosting, we deliver services electronically through secure channels. Timelines for project delivery are discussed and agreed upon in your service agreement.

4. Return and Refund Policy

  • Physical Goods: You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Products must be returned in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 days.
  • IT Services: Refunds for IT services are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us at [email protected] to discuss your concerns. We aim to resolve any issues promptly.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Physical Goods: Orders for physical products can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, you will need to follow our return policy.
  • IT Services: You may cancel IT services at any time before the commencement of the project. If you cancel after the project has begun, any work completed will be billed accordingly. Ongoing hosting or subscription services may be canceled with 60 notice.
